Overview

The Media Support Associate is an entry-level position responsible for learning basic
advertising principles and performs all tasks related to assisting the Paid Media team in
preparation of media research, billing, trafficking, and client reporting.

The ideal candidate should have:

● Bachelor's degree with relevant major and courses preferred
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), plus Keynote
● Experience with Google programs (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
● Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills
● Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
● Ability to deliver good quality work on deadline
● Good organizational skills with an ability to multitask
● Inquisitive mind looking to hone analytical skill sets
● Proactive, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
● Team player that knows how to work well with others and follow-through
● Passion for advertising and a desire to grow in their discipline
● Basic knowledge of digital media tactics (Search, Social, Display, Video, Audio, etc.)
● Developing knowledge of traditional media tactics (TV, Radio, Print, OOH. etc.)

What you will do?

●Work with vendors and software to pull media research, as needed.
● Prepare basic client deliverables (MAFs, campaign reporting, etc.), as needed.
● Schedule internal meetings and performs administrative tasks, as needed.
● Train in required media tools (Strata, GCM, DoubleVerify, etc.).
● Research billing and reporting discrepancies, as needed.
● Maintain weekly status sheets and other internal documents, as needed.
● Provide deliverable material due dates and spec sheets to internal teams.
● Coordinate with the Analytics team on UTM tag implementation across campaigns.
● Manage the trafficking of creative assets to media partners.
● Own internal media reporting to track actual media results against KPIs.
● Perform other job functions as required by their direct supervisor.
