You will be measured on the quality and value of your thought leadership, your ability to nurture relationships at the senior most levels of the client organization, and your success at delivering account plans, targets, and business objectives.

What you will do?

  • Develop and manage client relationships to be seen as a leader and trusted advisor – balancing company and client needs
  • Develop and communicate innovative, creatively brilliant, hardworking ideas that move the client’s brand, business, and client/agency relationship forward
  • Provide vision, inspiration, and strategic thought leadership to both the agency team, and our clients
  • Drive innovation and continually push for fresh thinking and what is next with internal teams
  • Act as an escalation point for client issues and create opportunities for incremental services
  • Focus on growing and training new senior leadership to tackle the future of the business
  • Engage a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency leadership team to ensure work is meeting/exceeding client expectations
  • Ensure a collaborative approach internally and across agency partners to ensure happy and productive working relationships
  • Motivate Cornett teams through effective communication, leadership, and guidance
  • Business Lead for assigned clients
  • Establish, own and foster senior client relationships
  • Understand our client and prospect’s business, brand and customer behaviors to develop winning strategies
  • Constantly tracks the market and competitive sets, on top of innovation, latest business trends and cultural happenings.
  • Responsible for overall client satisfaction and ensures the client is getting the best results from the entire agency team.
  • Responsible for client growth/revenue and cross-disciplinary team leadership.
  • Develop and lead the execution of the vision and strategy for the assigned client/s
  • Lead annual account plan development and execution to deliver agreed growth/client satisfaction goals
  • Regularly and convincingly communicate agency value delivered to client’s business to ensure strength of continued relationship
  • Identify, propose and close organic growth opportunities that impact our client’s business
  • Financial management of the business (single client or portfolio of clients) including contract negotiations, annual and monthly revenue forecasting, and budget management
  • Develop and fosters strong, high-performing team including selective recruiting, coaching, regular feedback sessions and career development support
  • Champions sharing across teams and case study creation
  • Actively contributes to agency culture and Client Partnership capability development
  • Responsible for Client growth/revenue and cross-disciplinary team leadership
  • Works with peers across disciplines to plan, staff, and manage scopes and engagements
  • Establish revenue forecasts/ targets for Cornett clients and manage team operations to ensure on-target utilization, revenue and proper skillset casting for shifting business requirements
